How can I make a reservation?

What is your cancellation and no-show policy?

We ask that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 24 hours prior. For no shows or late cancellations, you will be subject to a fee of 15eur per person that will be applied to the credit card on file.

Beverages & Bar

Can I come just for drinks?

Yes, absolutely. During the summer season, our Pool Bar is the most sought-after area for drinks. We also have interior and exterior seating at Santa Marta. On days with high reservations or increased dining traffic, we recommend the Pool Bar.

Menu & Dining

Do you offer a lunch menu?

Yes, we offer a lunch menu throughout the year, with the exception of August, when we take a break. Our lunch menu gives you the possibility of having a 3 course meal for 30€ or a 2 course meal for 25€.

Do you have an evening menu?

In the evenings we offer our "Best of Marta" menu for 40€, this includes a welcoming drink, a snack, a starter, a main and a dessert.

Do you cater for vegans?

Do you cater for gluten-free diets?

Yes, we have a number of gluten-free options available. You can view these on our menu at www.SantaMartalisboa.com.

While we can accommodate vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary requests, please note that our kitchen does not have full allergen control and cross-contamination may occur. Guests with severe allergies should inform our team in advance and dine at their own discretion.

Groups & Private Events

I would like to book a large group. How can I do that?

For groups of up to 16 people, we can accommodate advance group menus or pre-placed orders. Please note that our largest single table seats 10 people. To ensure optimal service and experience, larger groups are seated at two separate but nearby tables.

Families, Accessibility & Pet-Friendly

Are children allowed?

Yes! While we do not have a dedicated children's menu, we offer various dishes that are very popular with children.

Do you have a high chair for kids?

Yes, we do.

Is the restaurant pet-friendly?

Yes, we are pet-friendly! We recommend making an advance reservation so we can assign the most comfortable table for you and your pet.

Is the restaurant pet-friendly indoors and outdoors?

Pets are allowed only in our exterior areas.

Is the restaurant wheelchair accessible?

Yes. We have a wheelchair ramp, and both our indoor and outdoor areas are fully accessible.

Facilities & Services

Is smoking permitted on the terrace?

We have a designated smoking area. Please make a reservation and let us know if you require seating in this area.

Can restaurant guests use the pool?

The pool is reserved exclusively for hotel guests.
